What these terms are
These are the rules for using Number Tuner. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use Number Tuner.
What Number Tuner does
Number Tuner registers your business’s phone numbers with the carriers, spam-list operators, and call-protection services that decide how calls get labeled — getting your numbers off a spam-warning or robocall-blocking list is what that registration achieves. You give us your business information and the phone numbers you want registered. Our software fills out the registration and dispute forms at those sites — roughly a dozen of them. For most of those sites, you review the filled-out form and click that site’s own Submit button yourself; the request goes out under your business’s own name, not ours. A small number of sites let our software submit the finished form for you once you tell it to.
We also check whether your numbers currently show up as flagged on a handful of public listing sites, so you can see what’s actually wrong before you fix it.
What we don’t promise
We don’t control the other companies’ decisions. Each carrier, spam-list operator, and call-protection service decides on its own whether and when to clean a number, based on its own rules. We help you submit accurate, complete requests to them — we can’t make them act, and we can’t guarantee a specific outcome or a specific timeline.
Those other sites have their own terms. When our software fills out or submits a form on one of those sites, that site’s own terms of service still apply to what happens there. We aren’t a party to your relationship with them, and we don’t take responsibility for how they handle your submission once it leaves our software.
Your account
You need an account to use Number Tuner. You can create one with an email and password, or by signing in with your Google account. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
You must be authorized to submit the business information and phone numbers you enter — your own business, or one you have permission to act for. Don’t use Number Tuner to submit information for a business you don’t represent.
Fees, billing, and cancellation
Number Tuner is a paid subscription, billed monthly to the payment method you provide when you sign up. We don’t take your card ourselves — the company that processes your payment takes it on the billing page, and your card number goes straight to them, never to us. The Standard plan is $19.99 a month for up to 20 numbers. There’s a smaller plan for a single number, and we may add more plans later. The price that applies to you is whatever’s shown to you at signup and on your billing page.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future billing. It doesn’t refund the portion of the current billing period you’ve already paid for.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend your account until it’s resolved.
- If we change what your subscription costs, we’ll tell you before the new price takes effect, the same way described in “Changes to these terms” below. A price change never applies to a period you’ve already paid for.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Number Tuner to:
- Submit information for a business you’re not authorized to represent
- Submit false or misleading information to any of the sites Number Tuner connects to
- Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Number Tuner or the sites it connects to
We can suspend or close an account that does any of this.
No warranty
Number Tuner is provided as-is. We don’t promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will get any specific result at any third-party site. We haven’t obtained any outside certification or audit of Number Tuner’s security or reliability.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows it, Number Tuner isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — things like lost business or lost profits. Where liability can’t be excluded entirely, it’s limited to what you paid us in the month before the claim arose.
Ending your account
You can close your account from Settings. Closing keeps everything working until the plan you’ve paid for runs out — nothing stops early, and there’s no partial refund for the time left.
Once your account closes, your numbers and filing history stay on file. Sign back in and your account reopens as it was, business details and numbers included. If you want your information deleted, email us at support@numbertuner.com and we’ll delete it by hand.
We can also suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. Either way, closing an account stops future access; it doesn’t undo submissions already made to third-party sites beforehand.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms as Number Tuner changes. If we make a material change, we won’t apply it retroactively to something you already did under the old terms without telling you first. We’ll post the updated terms here with a new “last updated” date, and if we have a way to reach you, such as an email on file, we’ll let you know.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules — meaning Florida law applies even if you are somewhere else.
